Solve and troubleshoot complex problems, breaking them down into actionable steps.
Work with web technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and mobile-first web development.
Utilize one or more modern web frameworks, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the framework's design approach.
Own multiple web products across teams or within the larger team, defining and driving their success. Explore relevant skills at SAAG Technologies.
Adhere to usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture, fostering this culture within the peer group.
Be obsessed with Web Performance Optimisation and implement it for all owned web products.
Apply expert browser tuning and optimization techniques/tools.
Work within a multi-tier large-scale web architecture.

Education and Experience Required:

5-8 years of experience in the art of writing code and solving problems on a Large Scale (FinTech experience preferred).
Excellent Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms.
