Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on the HRSD module.
• Customize and enhance the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business requirements related to HR processes.
• Design and develop workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations within the ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing support of ServiceNow HRSD applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and HRSD functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
• Potentially work on other ServiceNow modules as needed.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field) is typically preferred, although "Any Branch" suggests other relevant degrees might be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module is a must.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices.
• Experience with JavaScript, Glide Scripting, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs and integration methods.
